We are located in Aurangabad, India and have been one of the leading pioneers worldwide in providing Water & Wastewater Treatment systems and solutions since 2004. Since 2004, the well-known organization MINARVA ENTERPRISES has been trading, distributing, and servicing a wide variety of water and waste water treatment plants, cooling towers, and water and waste water treatment chemicals, along with commercial chemicals.

PLANTS

Water is the precious gift of nature to the mankind but most misused. Early steps for water management would be necessary to avoid water crisis and traditional thinking of water management only whenever there is a too little or too much of it. Now water utilization in the industries is increasing. Optimum utilization of water in the various sections and the reutilization of it will prove to be the most significant steps towards the conservation of water resources.
We supply water treatment plants like Clarifiers, Pressure sand Filters, Activated Carbon Filters, Cartridge Filters, Bag Filters, Iron Removal Filters, and Water Softeners, Demineralization Plants, Reverse-Osmosis Systems, Effluent Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment plants, Scrubbers, Degasser, Chemical Dosing Systems & Cooling Towers.
COOLING TOWERS
We supply wide range of cooling towers for cooling applications as per our customer's requirement. The primary use of large industrial cooling towers is to remove the heat observed in the circulating water system use in power plants, petrochemical plants, food processing units, oil industries, automobile industries, pharma industries, chemical plants and other industrial facilities. A common application for cooling towers is for providing cool water for HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) and for industrial use. We supply Natural draft and Forced draft cooling towers i.e. FRP & timber cooling towers.
CLARIFIERS
We supply wide range of clarifiers for various range of settling applications as per our customer's requirement. These clarifiers are used for removing and settling of suspended solids from raw water, sewage water, effluent water and waste water.
PRESSURE SAND FILTERS
We provide a wide range of Pressure sand filters easy to operate with minimum pressure drop by using of sand and gravels or anthracite. To remove turbidity and TSS from raw water use in various industries.
IRON REMOVAL FILTERS
For operators of industrial facilities, MINARVA provides effective treatment programs for reducing heavy metals in waste streams and raw water to help & ensure regulatory compliance.
The dissolved ferrous iron salts are converted into insoluble ferric salt and precipitated over the filter bed and then the iron free filtered water comes out. Only back washing with clear water and compressed air is required for cleaning the bed.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTERS
The activated carbon filters are generally used in water treatment plants for removing odour, colour, free chlorines and organic compounds. We supply ACF easy to operate in various places as per the application of clients.
ULTRA FILTRATION PLANT
We supply UF plants which is easy to handle. UF plants are used for pretreatment of RO plant & post treatment of waste water treatment plant. UF is membrane technology process which removes solid dissolved impurities from 0.001 micron membrane.
CARTRIDGE FILTERS
Our range of Micron cartridge filters are one of the best-selling products. These are used for treatment systems getting super clarity and extra sparkled water, which is filtered by a conventional sand filter. Micron cartridge filters have the ability to easily separate colloidal matter, sand particles and many others.
WATER SOFTENERS
We offer a wide range of water softeners easy to separate the hardness ions in very low cost. Water Softeners are used to reduce the concentration of calcium, magnesium and other heavy ions in hard water.
The water to be treated passes through a bed of the resin. The resins initially contain univalent sodium ions, which exchange with divalent calcium and magnesium ions in the water. The more sodium ions are released from the resin into the water. As these resins become loaded with undesirable cations they gradually lose their effectiveness and must be regenerated.
CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEMS
Chemical dosing systems are designed to do the accurate quantity of chemical dosing to the stream. These systems are used for dosing chemicals like Boiler Water Treatment Chemicals, Cooling Water Treatment Chemicals, ETP Treatment Chemicals, Chlorine, Acids, Alkaline Alum, SMBS, RO Antiscalent & others.
DEMINERALIZATION PLANTS
We offer a wide range of demineralization plants as per client's specifications. The plant designed in a way that removes TDS from the raw water. It consists of one or more ion exchange resin columns, which include a strong acid cation, strong base anion and mixed bed unit. We also provide packaged DM Plants, De-Alkaliser, Two Stage & Multi-Stage DM Plants, Mixed Bed Demineralization Unit, De-Gasifiers, Cation Polishers and Manual/Automatic Plants.
REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS
Our Reverse Osmosis Systems are extensively used to remove TDS from the raw water. We are using advance membrane technology in our RO’s to allow water to pass through a semi permeable membrane. This design maximizes flow while using semi permeable of 0.0001 micron gauge module size.
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS
Sewage Treatment Plant can be located close to in septic tanks or collected and transported via a network of pipes and pump stations to a municipal treatment plant.
We offer Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant as well as conventional plants for the requirement of the Customers and based on the capacity. The Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants are specially designed and manufactured for the treatment of lesser quantities of sewage water like 5 m3/day to 1000 m3/day. The clients can avail both skid-mounted and without skid-mounted type of our Sewage Treatment plant. We offers STP to the following peoples like various Industries, Hotels, Malls & Multiplexes, Schools & Colleges, Corporate offices & Housing Apartments etc.
EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANTS
We offer a wide range of industrial effluent treatment plants for application in paint shop, diaries, paper mills, oil refineries, leather industry, glass factories, automobiles, chemical and processing industries, etc. These industrial effluent treatment plants are designed to provide a pollution free working environment and recycle the water for other applications. All the effluent treatment plants strictly comply with the design specifications laid down by the regulatory authority.
The industrial effluent treatment plants involve different stages of treatment including physio- chemical treatment and biological treatment followed by tertiary treatment. An integrated function with simple control makes the operation much easier. Our engineers can also custom design effluent treatment plants based on the specific application requirement as per the customers.

We offer a wide range of scrubber system. It is a type of pollution control equipment that is designed to remove harmful gases and particulates from industrial exhaust streams.
